What this role is about, in short
Let’s start with the essentials:
✅ Purpose: You’ll help organizations turn unclear AI interest into concrete, valuable initiatives. This means identifying real business problems, reframing them as opportunities, and advancing them into workshops, pilots, and projects. At its core, this role is about helping customers move from “we should probably do something with AI” to “this is what we’re doing, and why it matters”.
✅ Location: A hybrid role with frequent customer interaction – some days collaborating with our AI Solutions team, other days facilitating use case discovery workshops and working directly with customers.
✅ Growth: You’re an essential part of building how AI solutions are sold and developed at Gapps. Essentially, you’re building a new area of business.
✅ Your colleagues: The key people you work with are Lauri & Elmo (our masters of AI Solutions), and our customers. You’re not a lone wolf; you’re expected to take ownership.
✅ Compensation: Base salary 5000-6500 eur/kk, bonus model to be defined together (new role in the team).
❌ Why this role isn’t for everyone: This isn’t a clearly defined sales role with ready-made offerings. If you prefer predictable pipelines, fixed product, or purely reactive sales, this environment may not feel like the right fit.

Role details
What your work will look like
At its core, this role is about consultative solution sales in an unclear market. You work at the intersection of business, technology, and opportunity development and make sure AI initiatives are meaningful and deliverable.
Your work typically includes:
Customer dialogue & opportunity shaping: Leading business-level discussions (not just IT), helping customers understand what matters and what doesn’t, and turning vague ideas into real opportunities.
Pipeline building & outbound work: Actively building your own pipeline, prospecting, opening new conversations, and working with both existing customers and new accounts.
Discovery & workshops: Participating in and leading discovery workshops, facilitating conversations where customer needs, priorities, and maturity become visible. You’ll be working with stakeholders from IT to C-level
Solution framing & internal collaboration: Acting as a link between customer needs and delivery, bringing the AI Solutions team in at the right moment and shaping opportunities into something we can actually deliver.
Supporting how we build our offering: Bringing market signals back to the team, helping define what we should sell and how, and contributing to how Gapps builds its AI go-to-market.

In your first year, you will:
Build a meaningful pipeline of AI opportunities
Close a meaningful number of deals
Help define what Gapps actually sells in AI
Contribute to more structured, scalable solution offerings
Become a trusted advisor in customer conversations

Benefits and practical information
Salary: The expected base salary range for this role is approximately 5000-6500€ per month, depending on your experience and background. This is a new role for the team, so the bonus model will be defined together during the process.
Working model: This role is hybrid and flexible. Your work will combine time working with your team, independent work, and customer-facing collaboration. Some of your time may be spent meeting customers or in customer workshops.

able to work in ambiguity
credible in discussions with both business and technical stakeholders
