✅ Role mission: At its core, this role is about customer dialogue, facilitation and turning business problems into solutions – in an evolving environment where not everything is fully defined yet. You’ll help organizations turn AI from a topic into real business value. You’ll work closely with customers to identify meaningful opportunities and turn ideas into practical workflows, automations and pilot implementations together with your tech-driven team.
✅ How you’ll work: A hybrid role with frequent customer interaction – some days collaborating with our AI Solutions team, other days facilitating workshops, shaping use cases with stakeholders or working directly with customers to move ideas into action.
✅ Your growth opportunity: You’ll join our newly founded AI & Automation team while it’s still being built. You won’t just deliver projects, but help shape how AI consulting and business-driven solutions are developed at Gapps.
✅ Your team: You’ll be the business-focused piece of the puzzle – a small, fast-moving team (Lead Solutions Architect Lauri & Tech Lead Elmo) working at the intersection of business problems, cloud technology and AI solutions. You’ll also collaborate closely with Gapps’ experienced consultants and solution builders.
✅ Compensation: Expected salary range 4 000–7 000 € / month depending on experience, with the sweet spot being a consultant who already understands customer work but still wants to grow further.

If you’re mainly looking to focus on coding, deep technical stack ownership or individual expert work, this isn’t the right fit. This role is about customer dialogue, facilitation and turning business problems into solutions in an evolving environment where not everything is fully defined yet.

Role details
What your work will look like
As our AI & Business Consultant, your role sits at the intersection of business needs, customer dialogue and practical solutions. Your main focus is helping customers understand where AI actually creates value, and guiding them from ideas into concrete actions.
You’ll work closely with customers and our AI & Automation team. This means identifying real business opportunities, facilitating discussions, and helping turn ideas into practical solutions that can be tested and implemented.
Your work typically includes things like:
Customer dialogue and opportunity development: Leading and participating in customer discussions to clarify business needs and identify where AI, automation or smarter workflows can create real value.
Discovery workshops and facilitation: Planning and facilitating workshops that help customers structure their thinking, prioritize use cases and define realistic next steps.
Solution shaping and concepting: Turning discussions into clear next steps: framing use cases, outlining solution approaches and helping move opportunities forward.
From idea to action: Supporting pilots, proofs of concept and early implementations together with the team – ensuring ideas don’t stay as ideas.
Building repeatable ways of working: Working with the team to develop how we approach AI consulting also in the future, so we can scale what works across customers.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with both customers and colleagues:
AI Solutions team – Lauri Raitasuo (Lead Solutions Architect) and Elmo Visuri (Tech Lead), your closest sparring partners in shaping solutions
Consultants, architects and specialists across Gapps – depending on the customer case
Customers’ business and technology stakeholders – from business leaders to IT, often bridging the gap between the two
What success in this role looks like
Success in this role is about helping customers move from uncertainty into clarity, and from ideas into action. Over time, success could look like:
Helping customers clarify real business problems and priorities
Successfully facilitating workshops that lead to concrete next steps
Turning discussions into real projects, pilots or implementations
Supporting the team in building repeatable, scalable ways to deliver AI-driven solutions
Becoming a trusted partner in customer dialogue, especially in situations where direction is still unclear

Working model: This role is hybrid and flexible. Your work will combine time working with your team, independent solution work, and customer-facing collaboration. Some of your time may be spent in customer environments or workshops, depending on the projects you’re working on.
