✅ Your mission: Help organizations turn the growing interest in AI into real solutions. You’ll work with customers to identify opportunities, run AI discovery workshops, and turn ideas into practical workflows, automations, and pilot implementations.
✅ How you’ll work: A hybrid role with frequent customer interaction – some days collaborating with our AI Solutions team, other days facilitating use case discovery workshops or working directly creating AI-value in customer projects.
✅ Your growth opportunity: You’ll join the AI & Solutions team while it’s still being built. You won’t just deliver projects, but help shape how AI consulting and solutions are developed at Gapps.
✅ Your team: A small, fast-moving team (Lauri & Elmo) working at the intersection of business problems, cloud technology and AI solutions, collaborating closely with experienced consultants and solution builders.
✅ Compensation: Expected salary range 4 000–7 000 € / month depending on experience, with the sweet spot being a consultant who already understands customer work but still wants to grow further.

What your work will look like
As an AI & Solutions Consultant, your role sits at the intersection of business problems, technology possibilities and practical delivery. Your main focus is helping our customers turn growing AI interest into concrete solutions that actually improve how work gets done.
You’ll support our AI Solutions team in customer work. That means identifying opportunities, shaping ideas into realistic solutions and helping move them forward through discovery, workshops, pilots and real implementations.
Your work typically includes things like:
Customer dialogue and opportunity development: Participating in customer conversations and helping identify real business problems where AI, automation or smarter workflows could create value.
Discovery workshops and AI enablement: Facilitating workshops and discussions that help customers understand AI opportunities in their own environment and prioritize realistic next steps.
Solution thinking and early solution design: Helping shape ideas into initial solution concepts, proposals, workshop materials or early solution descriptions that can move opportunities forward.
Pilots, proofs of concept and solution delivery: Participating in pilots, early implementations or solution development work when an idea moves from concept into real execution.
Internal collaboration and scaling new services: Working closely with our AI Solutions team and other Gapps teams to develop repeatable ways of delivering AI-related services and solutions over time.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with several people inside and outside Gapps:
AI Solutions team: Lauri Raitasuo (Lead Solutions Architect) and Elmo Visuri (Tech Lead), your closest sparring partners in shaping and delivering solutions.
Consultants, architects and specialists across Gapps: depending on the customer case and technology involved.
Customers’ business and technology stakeholders: from IT teams to business leaders exploring how AI could improve their operations.
What success in this role looks like
Success in this role is about helping customers move forward and helping the team turn opportunities into real work. Over time, success could look like:
Helping customers clarify real business problems where AI or automation creates meaningful value.
Successfully facilitating AI discovery workshops and enablement sessions.
Turning early conversations into concrete projects, pilots or implementations.
Supporting the team in developing repeatable ways to deliver AI and automation solutions.
Becoming a trusted partner in customer conversations where business needs and technology possibilities meet.

Salary: The expected salary range for this role is approximately 4 000–7 000 € per month, depending on your experience and background.
Working model: This role is hybrid and flexible. Your work will combine time working with your team, independent solution work, and customer-facing collaboration. Some of your time may be spent in customer environments or workshops, depending on the projects you’re working on.
