✅ Total compensation: 48 000-60 000 € depending on your skills and experience. (We’re also open to hiring a more senior (or principal) level expert for this role – in that case, compensation & role scope will be discussed and aligned accordingly.)

Role details
Your core mission is to lead IT change or development projects that make work simpler, smarter, and more connected for our clients.

You will
Manage end-to-end IT and change projects, from scoping and planning to rollout and adoption.
Oversee both the technical and human sides of transformation: migrations, integrations, and change communication.
Work closely with customers’ project teams, internal specialists, and external partners to ensure success.
Support sales as a solution designer in early project scoping stages.
Take ownership of deliverables, proactively drive progress, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality goals.
Typical projects include Google Workspace-focused change or development deliverables. For instance, integrating newly acquired companies into customer’s Google Workspace environment (from their current Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments), carving-out certain business areas/units from Google Workspace environment after divestment or delivering development initiatives such as implementing Data Loss Prevention across customer’s Google Workspace. Each project requires balancing technology, people, and process with a calm, consultative mindset.
Success in this role after 6 months means you’ve delivered complex assignments smoothly, received great feedback from both clients and colleagues, and helped the team iterate delivery models for the future.

What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for a professional who can connect technology, people, and business results. You’ll thrive here if you have:
Proven track record of both leading and being hands-on in IT transformation/change projects with tangible end-user impact.
Understanding of productivity ecosystems such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, either from project work or deep user-level familiarity.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, enabling you to lead diverse stakeholder groups.
Consultative mindset and the ability to translate technical change into human impact.
Project management discipline to balance priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
Bonus if you’ve worked on merger, acquisition, or divestment–related IT transitions.

We’re looking for someone who
Has both led and been hands-on in IT change/transformation projects with real end-user impact, e.g., planning and running migrations/cutovers, facilitating trainings, and drafting change communications.
Understands Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 productivity environments well enough to scope and plan solutions, spot dependencies, and guide technical work.
Communicates clearly and drives stakeholder alignment, from exec sponsors to project teams and end users.
Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and takes ownership to move things forward when plans meet reality.
Wants to shape how Gapps grows, improving our delivery models, tooling, and ways of working while delivering change.
